This Privacy Policy explains how Trump Saving America ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by the makers of The Great Wall America.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

  • Account information: email address, password (stored encrypted), display name, and (optionally) your bio, location, website, favorite quote, and profile photo.
  • User-generated content: posts, comments, replies, likes, chat messages, photos, videos, and reports you submit through the app.
  • Community Watch / ICE reports: the text of your report, the optional photo you attach, the optional location and U.S. state you select, and the urgency level. These reports are reviewed by our internal moderation team and are not transmitted to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or any other government agency.
  • Subscription information: if you purchase a subscription (Right, MAGA, or Patriot tier), Apple or Google handles the payment. We receive a transaction confirmation from RevenueCat (our subscription-management vendor) — we never see your full credit card number.
  • Donations: if you donate, you are redirected to a third-party processor (WinRed) in your device browser. We do not collect or store your payment information.
  • Communications: if you contact us by email, we receive the message and your email address.

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device identifiers: a unique account ID we generate, and (if you enable push notifications) your Apple or Google push notification token.
  • Usage data: screens viewed, buttons tapped, sessions started and ended, and similar analytics events, collected through PostHog (our analytics provider). This includes anonymized session replays of in-app interactions.
  • Device and technical data: device type, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone.
  • Cookies and session tokens: on the website, we use a session cookie to keep you signed in.

c. Information from Permissions You Grant

  • Camera and microphone: only when you choose to take a photo or record a video for a community post or report.
  • Photo library: only when you choose to attach an existing photo or video.
  • Location: only when you open the "MAGA Near You" map; we use your location solely to center the map. We do not store or share your precise location.

We do not collect: contacts, health data, financial account numbers, browsing history outside our app, biometric data, or government identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and maintain your account and verify it's you.
  • Display, distribute, and moderate the content you post.
  • Send you push notifications, SMS messages, or emails you have opted into.
  • Process subscriptions through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.
  • Show you the MAGA Near You map and resources.
  • Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service (analytics).
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for cross-app advertising tracking.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as described below:

  • With other users: content you post (display name, profile photo, posts, comments, chat messages) is visible to other patriots in the community.
  • With service providers who help us operate the Service, bound by contracts to protect your data:
    • RevenueCat — subscription management
    • PostHog — product analytics
    • SendGrid — email delivery
    • Apple Push Notification Service / Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications
    • Replit — application hosting and database
  • With third-party services you choose to open from the app: the Trump Store, The Great Wall America store, WinRed (donations), Truth Social, Eventbrite, gop.com, vote.gov, OpenStreetMap, and similar external sites. Once you leave our app, the destination site's privacy policy applies. We do not control those sites.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or applicable law; to enforce our Terms of Service; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
  • In a business transfer: if we are acquired, merged, or reorganized, your information may transfer to the successor entity under this same policy (or you will be notified before any change).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

4. Your Choices and Rights

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:

  • In the mobile app: Profile → scroll to bottom → tap Delete Account and confirm.
  • By email: send a request from your account email to thegreatwallamerica@gmail.com.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, posts, comments, chat messages, reports, notification preferences, push tokens, RSVPs, blocks, and analytics. Donation records are retained in anonymized form (with your identity removed) for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.

Notification Preferences

You can turn push, SMS, and email notifications on or off at any time in Profile → Notifications.

Location

You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings (iOS Settings → Trump Saving America → Location).

California (CCPA), EU/UK (GDPR), and other residents

You have the right to:

  • Know what information we hold about you
  • Request a copy of your information
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Opt out of any sale of personal information (we don't sell it)

“Do Not Track”

Our Service does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email thegreatwallamerica@gmail.com and we will delete it.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords, encrypted database connections (TLS), session-based authentication, and content moderation filters. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes (e.g. anonymized donation records).

8. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

9. Third-Party Links and Content

Our app contains links to external sites including the Trump Store, The Great Wall America, WinRed, Truth Social, Fox News, the White House, Eventbrite, gop.com, vote.gov, and others. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy always reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
