Trump Saving America Terms of Use

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trump Saving America mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by the makers of The Great Wall America ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at thegreatwallamerica@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the mobile app.

The Service is free to use. We offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions (currently Right $3.99/month, MAGA $5.99/month, Patriot $9.99/month, with annual options) that unlock additional perks.

• Billing: All in-app subscriptions are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at the start of each billing period.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds: All App Store and Play Store purchases are handled by Apple and Google. Refund requests must be made directly to them at https://reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or https://play.google.com (Google). We cannot issue refunds for store purchases on your behalf.
• Donations: Donations made through the Service are processed by a third-party processor (WinRed) in your device browser. We do not handle donation payments.

You retain ownership of the content you post (text, photos, videos, comments, chat messages, reports). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, moderate, and promote that content within the Service.

You are solely responsible for everything you post. You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes any third party's rights
• Contains personal information of other people without their consent (doxxing)
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Constitutes spam, scams, malware, or attempts to disrupt the Service
• Glorifies real-world violence or illegal activity

We use automated and human moderation to enforce these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we determine harms the community, without prior notice.

Reporting: Every user can report posts and chat messages from the three-dot menu (•••) on a post or by long-pressing a chat message. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Blocking: You can block any other user from the same menu. Blocking is two-way and immediate.

The Service includes a "Community Watch" reporting feature (sometimes labeled "ICE Report") that allows you to document concerns in your area. Reports submitted through this feature are reviewed solely by our internal moderation team. They are NOT transmitted to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or any other government agency. Do not use the feature to report emergencies — call 911 for emergencies.

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and the content we create, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as expressly allowed.

The Service links to third-party sites and content (Trump Store, The Great Wall America, WinRed, Truth Social, Fox News, the White House, Eventbrite, gop.com, vote.gov, OpenStreetMap, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, services, content, or accuracy. Your use of those sites is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service also uses third-party providers (RevenueCat, PostHog, SendGrid, Apple Push Notification Service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Replit) bound by contracts to protect your data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information shown will be complete, accurate, or current. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we, our owners, affiliates, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operators of the Service from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) content you post, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You and we waive any right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by California law.

If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us (not Apple) and that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms always reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Trump Saving America is an independent community application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization, the Republican National Committee, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or any government entity. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
